As you know, we had the SRA audit on Friday and I thought you would want to know that we got the best outcome: “Guidance”.

I talked at the auditor for three hours in the morning (you know how I can get!). She was really complimentary and said that she had no suggestions (and if her formal report, when received, makes any, it is just her “splitting hairs”), we were fully compliant and that it had been a while since she had given this outcome! “Gold standard” were her words!

So, I am really pleased with the outcome. It couldn’t have gone any better.

I wanted to thank you for your audit of our policies and PWRA. She said that any comments she would have had, had been picked up by you and implemented by me before I uploaded documents for them to audit.
