Paul was appointed Managing Director of Legal Eye in 2016 after 28 years as a solicitor in the legal profession. Paul held Board level roles in a number of firms including CEO and COLP for five years at a large Midlands law firm and most recently as Head of Lender Services and Residential Conveyancing at Shakespeare Martineau.

Adam brings extensive experience of the legal sector to his role as IT and Customer Quality Manager. His impressive IT skills enable him to create and develop innovative solutions which use technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Nimesh has worked in conveyancing and in-house in a large law firm’s compliance team. He has also worked at the Solicitors Regulation Authority as an investigator. His specialisms including complaints handling and supporting firms to achieve ISO9001 and Lexcel as well as auditing against those standards.

Norman has extensive experience in the financial services sector and in business. He enjoys using these skills to help firms to identify risks and to implement a range of practical mitigation steps.

Tina trained as a matrimonial solicitor and finds many of the skills and experience gained in private practice useful in advising firms on risk and compliance issues. She offers the full range of risk and compliance support along with support around accreditations.

With over 26 years of experience in the property industry and 20 years at senior level, Sara’s early career involved training and developing teams of property lawyers. Her interest in risk management led to conveyancing compliance where she particularly enjoyed unravelling complicated issues and identifying solutions. 

Alison is an associate with significant experience working in the legal sector. A former solicitor specialising in employment law and equity law, she understands the challenges faced by modern law firms.

Ayishah is a former solicitor who now advises on regulation including the Money Laundering Regulations, Criminal Finances Act, Equality Act, Bribery Act, training staff, completing firmwide strategic risk and compliance analysis of firm’s risk management framework to successfully taking firms through accreditations such as the Lexcel and CQS accreditations.

Darcy supports the directors and senior management team and leads the organisation of Legal Eye events. She also supports the provision of training and updates on compliance-related topics, policies or procedures and works closely on the Legal Eye Academy – our online training platform – for which she helps to create and monitor modules.

Dawn has over 20 years experience in sales, business development and account management, working in a variety of market sectors. I have previously worked as an account manager for two leading conveyancing companies and panel managers, dealing with lenders, estate agents, financial services and legal firms.
