What’s your background?

I have over 20 years experience in sales, business development and account management, working in a variety of market sectors. I have previously worked as an account manager for two leading conveyancing companies and panel managers, dealing with lenders, estate agents, financial services and legal firms. During that time, I have been responsible for key accounts within the business and have contributed significantly to key projects where compliance is at the core.

Friendly and eager to ensure that the we assist each firm with a tailored support package that meets their needs and requirements

What’s the most rewarding thing about your work?

To maintain ongoing relationships with firms by being a ‘friendly voice’ at the end of a phone when they need any guidance or assistance with compliance support.
