Legal Eye have been offering a free legal compliance health check to law firms for 7 years now – in fact we have notched up 500 to date!
The check consists of a Legal Eye compliance expert reviewing a firm’s Client Care letter and Terms of Business, as well as a check of a firm’s website, email footer and letterhead, to ensure they meet the requirements of the regulator.
Of the checks carried out in 2016, 87% were found to have some form of error or omission.
From 1st February, 2017 we will be charging £275 plus vat for each health check.
