Total Conveyancing Services (TCS) achieves Legal Eye Quality Standard

Legal Eye, a subsidiary of the ULS Group, is delighted to announce that North West legal firm Total Conveyancing Services has achieved the Legal Eye Quality Standard (LEQS).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Legal Eye Quality Standard is recognised to be the first assessment scheme to address those rules and regulations which are over and above the traditional quality standards. The LEQS is awarded to firms who have demonstrated compliance with the Code of Conduct but also with legislation including the E-Commerce Directive, the Bribery Act 2010, the Equality Act 2010 and areas such as referral and fee sharing, publicity and treating customers fairly.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Helen Glaze, Senior Compliance Associate, at Legal Eye says “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Edwina, John and the staff at TCS over the last few months.
