The SRA have now confirmed the date by which law firms needs to be compliant with the new requirements for price and service transparency as 6th December.
This is in line with the date confirmed by the CLC.
The SRA have also confirmed that its digital badge will also be available for download from that date although its use will not become mandatory until Spring 2019.
