Alexander Grace has achieved the Legal Eye Quality Standard in recognition of its proactive and robust approach to risk management.

Lawyers at the Burnley-based firm are property specialists covering both residential and commercial property. The firm also offers advice to individuals around wills, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues.

The Legal Eye Quality Standard (LEQS) is recognised to be one of only a few assessment schemes to address those rules and regulations which go over and above the traditional quality standards. The LEQS is awarded to firms who have demonstrated compliance with the Code of Conduct but also with additional legislation including GDPR regulations, the Bribery Act 2010 and the Equality Act 2010. It also covers areas such as AML, referral and fee sharing, publicity, as well as treating customers fairly.
