Obtaining the standard, developed by Legal Eye, highlights Collaborative Conveyancing’s steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in the conveyancing industry.

Achieving LEQS has been a core priority for Collaborative Conveyancing who launched their flagship product Enquiry Manager in March 2024, as their existing users cite auditing and risk management as being a key attraction and benefit of adopting the enquiry management tool.

The LEQS is a unique accreditation that sets firms and businesses apart by benchmarking their practices against the regulatory standards of both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
