In June 2019 all SRA-regulated firms were required to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce. Firms are now expected to do this on a bi-annual basis and the SRA has confirmed that it is acceptable to use a third party to assist with the exercise.

There are several amendments to the questions used in the 2017 data collection exercise and also some additional questions; mainly around sexual orientation.

Legal Eye has a proven methodology which is in use with a number of firms across the UK. This includes the issuing of a survey to all eligible employees, reminders to staff to complete the questions, the collection and collation of the responses and production of a summary report and the requisite data for you to then report to the SRA.
