Legal Eye is thrilled to welcome Sara Harrison to its esteemed team. Joining us as a Compliance and Training Manager, Sara brings over 26 years of invaluable experience in the property industry to the Legal Eye team.   

A qualified licensed conveyancer, Sara has a solid background in the property sector, including 20 years at a senior level. Most recently she was Head of Compliance at Simply Conveyancing.  

After gaining her law degree at the University of Northampton, Sara began her career training and developing teams of property lawyers. Her keen interest in risk management led her to specialise in conveyancing compliance, where she excelled in unravelling complicated issues and identifying effective solutions.   

Sara’s role will focus on supporting the provision of training and updates on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures; carrying out compliance and file reviews and/or audits for firms, to ensure that compliance procedures are followed and provide feedback on any non-compliances. She will also be supporting all aspects of complaints handling on behalf of customer firms including maintaining databases, analysing and investigating complaints, preparing responses to complaints, and monitoring replies, reviewing and analysing trends.  

A proven expert in her field, and passionate about risk management, Sara believes excellent communication is vital to fostering strong client relationships.
