Legal Eye is pleased to announce a further addition to its team. Helen Glaze, based in the North West, joins the Legal Eye team today.
Helen, who is a qualified solicitor, has worked in the legal sector since 1995 and, whilst in practice, dealt predominantly with personal injury cases arising out of road traffic accidents, employers and public liability cases and also professional negligence cases.
Over the last 4 years, Helen has stepped away from fee earning work and has primarily focused on compliance and risk management work, including file reviewing. Helen also completed her Lexcel training in 2011 and has experience of working with firms on the CQS quality standard.
Helen says “The introduction of outcomes-focused regulation in 2011 and a raft of legislative changes since then have had a significant impact on the legal profession. It is, more than ever before, important for firms to be proactive in terms of risk management and compliance, ensuring they have compliant policies, procedures and plans in place which will, in turn, enable them to increase efficiency, improve profitability and ultimately provide an exceptional client experience. Legal Eye, has through its many products and services, been working with law firms for a number of years now to do just that and has an outstanding reputation in the field of risk management, compliance and accreditation.”
Helen continued, “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Legal Eye team and look forward to assisting its clients with their risk and compliance requirements, file reviewing, Lexcel and CQS as well as the recently launched Legal Eye Quality standard.”
Jaunita Gobby, Founder and Director of Legal Eye Ltd said “ Helen has a wealth of experience in risk management, compliance and best practice and her knowledge and experience is so valuable to the team. We are working with more firms now in the North West who are working towards CQS and Lexcel and also the Legal Eye Quality Standard and those who have already achieved these quality standards – ensuring the policies and procedures are complied with. Helen adds to our team in the North West and ensures we have coverage and capacity.”
