The role will consist of providing compliance and other risk management and consultancy services to law firms. Key duties include (but are not limited to) the list below. The role is home based with travel across the UK and reports into The Managing Director, Jaunita Gobby.

- Complete compliance reviews and/or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Assess compliance and/or operational risks and develop risk management strategies for clients
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Provide training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
- Prepare reports regarding compliance procedures and systems.
- Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
- Review or modify policies to comply with changes to standards or regulations.
- To build relationships with Partners / Introducers across the legal industry
- To deliver presentations / webinars – as required on compliance related topics.
- To present the whole range of the companies products and services to potential clients.
- To provide such other duties as are reasonably ancillary or complimentary to any of the above and as are agreed from time to time
- Knowledge of the legal industry
- Legal compliance experience desirable
- Knowledge of Lexcel and CQS desirable
- Enthusiasm and commitment to a compliance role
- To behave in a highly professional manner at all times.
- Good presentation skills
- Highly organised with an ability to work independently
- A willingness to get involved in business development activities
