Darcy’s interest in risk and compliance started during her studies in Fraud Investigation Management MSC, which has enabled her to have an in-depth knowledge of this field.

Darcy supports the directors and senior management team and leads the organisation of Legal Eye events. She also supports the provision of training and updates on compliance-related topics, policies or procedures and works closely on the Legal Eye Academy – our online training platform – for which she helps to create and monitor modules.

Darcy’s previous experience includes customer integration manager at Smoove where she promoted and facilitated integration with clients and other business partners. She has excellent communication skills and complaints handling experience.

Qualifications

Darcy holds a BA in Criminology and completed an ERASMUS year in Valencia, Spain. She has also achieved an MSC in Fraud Investigation Management from Coventry University.
