We are delighted to announce that Nimesh, an experienced risk and compliance consultant, has been selected as a judge for the prestigious Probate Industry Awards 2025—known fondly as the Probies. 

With a strong background in legal compliance and risk management, Nimesh brings years of expertise from this sector to the 2025 judging panel. His specialisms include file audits and reviews, complaint handling, ISO900, Lexcel assessments, and general compliance guidance for law firms. Nimesh’s career has seen him transition from conveyancing and compliance roles to becoming a Legal Investigator with the Legal Ombudsman and later a Compliance Manager with Legal Eye. 

Now Head of Risk and Compliance for Legal Eye, Nimesh says of his approach to his clients; “I ensure my clients are fully involved throughout the process, guiding them with patience and structure. Collaboration is at the heart of my work.” 

Now in its seventh year, the Probate Industry Awards continues to celebrate excellence and innovation within the ever-evolving probate sector. The 2025 awards will be held on 24 April 2025 at the iconic 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, and will honour the outstanding achievements of professionals within the industry.
