Collaborative Conveyancing showcases a commitment to compliance with LEQS accreditation

Legal Eye is pleased to announce that Collaborative Conveyancing has achieved the prestigious Legal Eye Quality Standard (LEQS) accreditation. Obtaining the standard, developed by Legal Eye, highlights Collaborative Conveyancing’s steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in the conveyancing industry.

Achieving LEQS has been a core priority for Collaborative Conveyancing who launched their flagship product Enquiry Manager in March 2024, as their existing users cite auditing and risk management as being a key attraction and benefit of adopting the enquiry management tool.

The LEQS is a unique accreditation that sets firms and businesses apart by benchmarking their practices against the regulatory standards of both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). As the only quality standard in the legal property sector to cross-reference firms with multiple regulatory frameworks, the LEQS offers a thorough, multi-dimensional view of compliance, validating Collaborative Conveyancing’s dedication to regulatory excellence.

The award of LEQS also reflects the high quality of Collaborative Conveyancing’s solutions offered to law firms. Launched in March 2024, Enquiry Manager aims streamline pre-contract enquiries, one of the most time-consuming aspects of the conveyancing process. By using AI to recognise, extract, and organise key information as well as providing users with additional knowledge, Enquiry Manager reduces the administrative burden on conveyancers while ensuring rigorous standards in accuracy and process efficiency.

Operations Director Gemma Felstead commented on the achievement:

“Obtaining the LEQS accreditation is an important milestone for us, and it’s a result of our focus as a business on rigorous compliance and exceptional standards of practice. Our products, like Enquiry Manager are designed to support conveyancers by reducing administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on delivering the best possible service to the other side and clients. LEQS demonstrates to everyone we work with that compliance and quality remain at the forefront of our approach.”

Legal Eye’s Managing Director, Paul Saunders, praised Collaborative Conveyancing for their achievement, noting that the LEQS is awarded only to firms who clearly prioritise regulatory integrity.

“Collaborative Conveyancing has shown an impressive commitment to best practices, and we’re pleased to recognise them with the LEQS. This accreditation is an assurance to their clients, partners, and stakeholders that they maintain the highest standards in regulatory compliance and client care.”
