Alison is an associate with significant experience working in the legal sector. A former solicitor specialising in employment law and equity law, she understands the challenges faced by modern law firms. As well as providing legal advice to clients and winning cases, she has particular expertise in preparing and checking legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and management reporting in relation to processes and best practices. As such, she has an in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Alison has also been involved in observing new visiting solicitors, making recommendations for next steps, providing best practice examples to new visiting solicitors, and solicitor mentoring. And as a former teacher, she is passionate about learning and development.

Today, Alison is responsible for delivering the full range of Legal Eye services.
