Elisabeth is a very experienced property lawyer who has practised in both the UK and Singapore.

In 2001 she became Managing Partner of a medium sized law firm and was directly involved in law firm management for the next 13 years including all aspects of regulatory compliance. More recently she has acted as a consultant to law firms advising on practice management including compliance, complaints handling and other regulatory matters. She has also advised on the formation of an ABS.

Elisabeth was a member of the Law Society’s Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for six years and is currently on the Board of The Legal Ombudsman.

Elisabeth firmly believes that good practice management directly contributes to the success of a law firm and that regulatory compliance should be seen as a tool to assist rather than as an unnecessary burden.
