Darcy’s interest in risk and compliance began during her studies for an MSc in Fraud Investigation Management, which provided her with an in-depth understanding of this field. Since then, she has developed extensive experience supporting legal professionals, operational projects and training initiatives within the legal sector.

Darcy is the Product Owner for the Legal Eye Academy, our online training platform. She supports firms with onboarding, oversees the creation and release of training modules and assists with ongoing website development. Darcy also works closely with the directors, senior management team and compliance advisors, while leading the organisation and delivery of Legal Eye events.

Darcy’s previous experience includes working as a Customer Integration Manager at Smoove, where she promoted and facilitated integration with clients and business partners. She also supported Amity Law with their consultant conveyancers and a range of operational tasks. Darcy has excellent communication skills, operational experience and a strong background in client support and complaints handling.

Qualifications

Darcy holds an APM accredited qualification in Project Management, MSc in Fraud Investigation Management and a BA in Criminology.
