Having shown an interest in the legal sector from the start of his career, Adam joined a Private Client Team straight out of education. During his time as a professional administrator at the firm, Adam simultaneously obtained the ILEX qualification, enabling him to quickly build a firm understanding of the industry.
From here, he then moved within the firm to the IT team, developing his technological skills and honing his understanding of the role that IT has to play within a legal business structure. Hoping to develop his legal knowledge and show his commitment to the role, Adam stayed with the company following a takeover, moving to the team’s new IT office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
In 2016, he progressed to the firm’s Volume Remortgage team, appointed at Quality and Customer Services Manager. Passionate about building communication and streamlining business workflows, here he was responsible for building efficient processes and procedures for the remortgage team.
His professional background in both the IT and legal sectors mean he has brought an extensive range of industry experience to the role.
